Here it is. What do I do now?
An Opening Before Us
Sometimes we dream. If only this thing would happen life would be right. It is all we need to have the life we desire. An Opening appearing may be the path to making a dream real. We proceed towards our dream with intent and action and an Opening to it appears. It is up to us to enter the Opening and take advantage of what it has to offer.
We create our journeys by doing and being in this world. We have dedicated ourselves to our dream and we are evolving. What we need to get there will be achieved by entering Openings.
An Opening comes before us that can take us closer to our dream. It may be an insight, a dramatic change, a person we meet, an expansion or contraction in our life or a new opportunity. It can be related to mind, body, emotion or spirit.
What do we do? We get to know the Opening and make our choice whether to enter it or turn away.
Contemplating An Opening
It behooves us to spend some time assessing the Opening before us. How did it get here? Was it anticipated as we took steps towards it? Is it sudden and unanticipated? Is it welcoming, intimidating or mysterious? Is it clear to us whether we want to enter this Opening or do we have some work or thinking to do before we can make our choice?
What is the Opening offering us? Does the Opening relate directly to our dream? Does it seem tangential to our dream and seems to offer an indirect path that we are not sure of? Can we see clearly what it offers or do we have to trust it will lead us somewhere worthwhile? Are we ready for what this Opening may bring into our lives?
What will it take to enter the Opening? Some Openings are wide open and clear. Some are partially obscured. Some Openings ask us to leave the path we are on. Some ask us to release aspects of our lives before we can enter. Some we enter easily because we are prepared to enter them or because the way has been cleared for us.
Entering
Once we make a choice to enter an Opening, we begin to walk through it. We cannot be sure of what we will find beyond its gateway, but we go anyway. We have made our choice. We look around and get to know the environment we are now in. There may be things we have to do or people we encounter. We have a sense of our direction but must find the steps needed to move forward.
Some things are changed from the life we knew before. We take note of them and acclimate. Signs are present of what we need to do. We may initially find ourselves in the unknown. Best to have confidence in our ability to make the most of the Opening we have entered. We will not find ourselves abandoned ever. We are meant to be there and are supported.

The Opening will tell us where it is leading by the new conditions that surround us. We may be told directly or there may be clues for us to find. It is not for the sake of a game, but rather so that we may be ready for what is to come. We are co-creators of our dreams and journeys, both assisted and self-motivated as we go forward.
Beginning
And this is how we find ourselves within the world of each Opening. We are adventurers, in a new situation, and we will make our way to where the Opening is leading us. Each Opening is unique. Its path may be challenging, smooth, enlightening, pleasing – the possibilities are limitless. Openings are here to offer us more.
As we begin, we bring all of ourselves into the Opening – or minds, bodies, emotions and spirits. We are here and we are ready. We are dedicated to our journeys and all that awaits us. We know that without Openings we stop growing and we don’t want that. We get familiar with the Openings that come into our lives, make our choices and enter the Openings that work for us. We are grateful for them.
