Uniquely Visible

Some Openings can be obscure and hard to see. Bright Openings can’t be missed. They make themselves known and are easy to see. They call on us to consider them.. They arrive, asking for our notice of them and place a choice clearly in front of us – do we enter this Bright Opening or do we decide it is not for us?

What is the nature of Bright Openings? Bright Openings beckon us. They lay out a choice before us. Possibly, they come in the form of an opportunity that we must accept or reject. Or, a situation that we must deal with becomes clear for the first time. Bright Openings contain the elements we need to make a choice that serves us. They are straightforward, transparent and authentic.

Bright Openings may involve critical or difficult choices, but they give us what we need to make them. They do not involve hidden or deceptive elements. They light up for us what the choice involves. When a Bright Opening is before us, our job is to consider what it offers by exploring and assessing the Opening in its entirety. Once this is done, we have what we need to decide whether to enter.

Lighting The Way

Bright Openings light the way for us. They bring relief, in some respects, because we can see what is before us. They may present aspects that we have not encountered before, making the choice before us easier to handle. The path before us is well lit. Sometimes, because of this light we can see a bit further down the path, helping us make the decisions that we need to regarding the Opening.

A Bright Opening may bring to light a problem we have been facing and have not known what to do with. We may have been indecisive or complacent about the problem because it stayed in the background. The problem, once brought into a Bright Opening’s light, may become hard to ignore. We must face and deal with it or live with it, knowing full well that it is there and needs to be resolved. No more hiding from it.
