There is a need for us to acknowledge the change that is occurring and decide what it means for our lives. There is also a need for action – to make our own changes so we can thrive in this world.
Release is a catalyst for change in our lives. With release, we grow and become better versions of ourselves.
Our compass is internal. We need calmness, not worry or anxiety, to muster our strength and courage and to make good choices.
Humans often fear the unknown. If we can lay fear aside, we can see that the possibilities are endless.
