Things Fall Apart
When change knocks us down or startles us, we have to rise.

Nature holds many keys to our existence.
The present moment is, truly, all that we have.
We are over a year into the changes precipitated by the pandemic.
Openings require movement. No staying stuck as we walk through an Opening. Just by walking through an Opening we evolve.
Accepting that change will occur does not necessarily alleviate our discomfort, but is an important first step.
Why not look at the demands of these times as an invitation to reinvent ourselves and have fun doing it?
Acceptance that there is an adjustment period for any loss enhances our experience and our ability to start anew.
A parent receives so much when they learn to recognize all they can gain by being open to their child and taking a journey of learning and growth with them.
